DualSense drift occurs when the PS5 registers movement on screen despite the player not touching the controller. So, for example, your character might move in Fortnite, even though you're not actually touching the DualSense. This is because of DualSense drift. Essentially, the joystick sensors inside the pad are becoming prematurely obsolete. If you have another controller that works, press the PS button and select Power > Restart PS5 to reboot the console. Tried using Steam (+Big Picture). Used DS4Windows (including enabling DualSense there). Updated drivers. Connected the USB to the controller while it was blinking. Connected the USB to the controller after it finished blinking. Performed a hard reset on the controller. Restarted the PC multiple times.
