Its 2020 now, and I found out how to manually tweak the settings for controller on this game. 0. Play the game first with your controller plugged in so the game can scan the input. Then quit. Go to my documents ("This PC/Documents" on windows 10). Open Assassin's Creed Syndicate folder and open with notepad.
Forthe right stick I use "Controlled" setting, also 2 out of 10 in the curve, and also radial. With these settings I find myself having more control on the aim and more reactive on the movements.
