DMZ is supposed to be like escape from tarkov and will either be PvP or PvPvE so at the moment it doesnā€™t seem like thereā€™ll be any dedicated PvE mode. You will be able to play DMZ pve only allegedly, though if that will be particularly fun is up in the air. Yeah personally I would love MW3 style Spec Ops to come back.
